Great to meet you!

I am dedicated to helping adults, couples, and families navigate life's challenges with compassion and practical support. I offer a warm, holistic, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported as you create meaningful change. I especially support adults dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, stress, low self-esteem, relationship concerns, substance use, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and questions around identity, purpose, and spirituality.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, holistic, and grounded in your individual needs. I believe you are the expert on your experiences, while my role is to help you recognize patterns, develop practical skills, strengthen your relationships, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been neglected or wounded.

Our work may include exploring thoughts and behaviors that keep you feeling stuck, improving communication, establishing healthier boundaries, processing grief or trauma, and developing more effective ways to cope with difficult emotions. Depending on your needs, I may incorporate cognitive behavioral strategies, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, grounding, guided meditation, breathwork, and body-awareness practices.

When spirituality or faith is important to you, it can be respectfully included in therapy without judgment or pressure. You do not have to separate your emotional wellness from your spiritual values in order to receive professional mental health support.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will talk about what brought you to therapy, what has and has not been working, and what you hope will change. You will never be pressured to share more than you are ready to discuss. We will move at a pace that feels emotionally safe while developing clear and realistic goals for treatment.

You can expect me to listen with compassion, ask thoughtful questions, offer honest feedback, and help you translate insight into action. Our sessions may include practical coping tools, communication exercises, self-reflection, and manageable activities to practice between appointments.

I believe healing requires both compassion and accountability. I will honor your experiences while also encouraging you to challenge patterns that may no longer serve you. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling more empowered, self-aware, emotionally equipped, and hopeful about your ability to create lasting change.
