Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York with an MSW from Columbia University. I work with adults dealing with burnout, anxiety, depression, relationship stress and experiences that don’t seem to shift. Many of the people I work with have been trying to make sense of things, but still feel stuck and are open to working through it in a different way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, structured, and practical. I use EMDR along with CBT and mindfulness-based tools to help with patterns that don’t change just by thinking or talking them through. The goal is not only to understand what’s happening, but to help it actually feel different over time.

What you can expect from me

We start by getting a sense of what’s been weighing on you and what you want to change. Early sessions focus on identifying patterns and setting a direction that feels realistic. From there, we move at a steady pace, with space to notice what comes up and work through it.
