Great to meet you!

As a bilingual (English and Mandarin) social worker, I believe in meeting clients where they are and honoring their unique experiences. Through our journey together, I will walk alongside you as you build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and develop practical tools for lasting growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and tailored to each client's unique circumstances and life experiences. I emphasize continuous collaboration to ensure that care is personalized, effective, and aligned with each client's goals. The therapeutic modalities I commonly draw from include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Grief Therapy, Mindfulness-Based approaches, and Psychodynamic Therapy.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, I hope to learn about you as a whole person and gain an understanding of what has brought you to this point in your journey. We will also explore your hopes for therapy and address any questions or concerns you may have about the process. My intention is to provide a warm, accepting, and empowering environment where you feel supported in exploring challenges, building insight, and fostering lasting change.
