Great to meet you!

As a parent, you may be carrying the weight of wondering why your child is struggling, questioning whether you're doing enough, or feeling overwhelmed by behaviors that seem difficult to understand. I work with infants, toddlers, children, adolescents, and their families to navigate challenges like anxiety, ADHD, stress management, grief and loss, and family conflict with compassion and practical guidance. With nearly two decades of experience, I understand that every child and family is unique. My goal is to help you better understand your child's emotional and behavioral needs while building confidence in your ability to support them, creating meaningful changes that strengthen your family's well-being together.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative, practical, and tailored to your family's specific needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. My work integrates Positive Psychology, Play Therapy, Parent Management Training (PMT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Gestalt Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy to help children develop healthy coping skills while equipping parents with effective strategies they can use at home. Whether we're working through anxiety, ADHD, emotional or behavioral concerns, stress management, grief, or family challenges, I focus on creating realistic goals, strengthening family relationships, and helping children and caregivers build lasting skills that continue well beyond our sessions together.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it's completely normal to have questions or feel unsure about where to begin. From our first session, you'll find a warm, supportive, and empowering space where we move at a pace that feels right for you and your family. We'll work together to understand what's happening beneath the surface, identify practical strategies that fit your everyday life, and celebrate progress along the way. My hope is that you leave each session feeling heard, encouraged, and better equipped to support your child's growth while creating positive, lasting change for your entire family.
