Great to meet you!

I’m Brenden, and I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, family-of-origin trauma, and identity-related challenges. With over five years of experience, my work has included counseling neurodivergent individuals, providing early intervention for children and families, and facilitating trauma healing for Asian Americans and immigrant communities.

Working across diverse settings has deepened my ability to attune to each client’s unique strengths, cultural context, and lived experience. I bring a thoughtful, individualized approach to care, grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect for each person’s story.

My approach to therapy

I believe our past experiences shape who we are today. In our sessions, I will support you in building practical coping skills to address present-day challenges while also gaining insight into your past to foster transformational healing.

I practice a range of evidenced-based modalities - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) - tailored to your specific needs.

What you can expect from me

My priority is to create a safe, supportive space where you can authentically explore your thoughts and emotions. I ask thoughtful questions to encourage self-exploration while also guiding you through ideas and skills to address your needs. Ultimately, my goal is to support you in living a confident, fulfilling life that feels true to you.
