Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in California who provides psychotherapy for adults. My clinical work focuses on sleep issues, anxiety, depression, and stress related to work, relationships, and daily functioning. I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can better understand themselves, build insight, and develop practical tools for meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, warm, and goal-oriented. I help clients explore how their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and life experiences are connected, while also identifying practical strategies they can use outside of session. I often integrate evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, skills-building, and strengths-based interventions, while tailoring treatment to each client’s needs, culture, and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will spend time getting to know you, discussing what brings you to therapy, and identifying what you would like support with. I will ask questions about your current concerns, background, strengths, and goals so we can begin creating a treatment plan together. My goal is to provide a calm, respectful, and supportive environment where you feel heard and understood.
