Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works primarily with college students and young adults navigating life transitions, stress, anxiety, and identity challenges. I also support adults experiencing significant life changes, such as re-entering the workforce, finding a new career path, or adjusting to life after divorce. My approach is warm, open-minded, and holistic, blending Western psychology with mindfulness and self-compassion practices. With over a decade of experience, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can reconnect with your authentic self, cultivate resilience, and move toward greater balance and clarity.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends Humanistic, Mindfulness-Based CBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles. I help clients explore their inner experiences with curiosity and compassion—learning to accept emotions like anxiety as natural parts of being human while developing tools for balance and growth.

Rooted in both Eastern and Western perspectives, my work emphasizes self-awareness, self-compassion, and psychological flexibility. Together, we’ll create a collaborative space to uncover your strengths, clarify your values, and move toward a more authentic, fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on helping you feel at ease and understood. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, explore what’s been most challenging, and begin identifying your goals and hopes for change. Together, we’ll start shaping a plan that feels supportive, realistic, and tailored to your needs.

You can expect a space of warmth, curiosity, and acceptance—where you can speak freely without pressure or judgment, and begin your journey toward balance and self-awareness at your own pace.
