Great to meet you!

I received my degree from University of Pennsylvania and have experience working in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings with children, adolescents, and adults. My approach to therapy centers on creating a supportive space where clients can gain insight, explore new perspectives, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person's unique needs and goals. I primarily draw from CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients build insight, develop practical coping strategies, and move toward meaningful change.

I use a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach, recognizing the resilience each person already carries while creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgemental space for healing and growth.

I tailor therapy to fit your unique needs and goals. Together, we'll explore helpful coping tools, build on our existing strengths, and create space for growth at a pace that feels supportive and manageable. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to feel truly listened to and supported in a safe, nonjudgmental space. We’ll work together to explore new perspectives and build coping tools that feel right for you, so you can move forward with more confidence and ease. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling lighter, more understood, and empowered to take the next step in your journey.
