Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, weighed down by difficult emotions, or simply longing to understand yourself better, you’ve found a caring place to start. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and life’s big transitions. Whatever brought you here, I’ll meet you exactly where you are, with compassion and zero judgment, and we’ll move forward together at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens in a warm, supportive space where you feel truly heard, understood, and empowered to create real change. Our work is a partnership, always tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. Together, we’ll build resilience and develop practical strategies you can actually use in daily life, so progress doesn’t just happen in the room, it follows you out into your world.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply about getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you in, what you’re hoping for, and it’s also your chance to ask me anything and see if we’re the right fit. Finding that fit matters, and there’s no pressure here. Meaningful change takes time, but many clients leave that first session with a greater sense of clarity, validation, and hope. Clients describe me as warm, attentive, and genuinely supportive. If this feels like a fit, I’d love to connect for a 15 minute consult.
