Great to meet you!

If you're reading this, you've already made an awesome but courageous decision to start therapy. Congratulations and nice to meet you!

As a mother, wife, and U.S. Army combat veteran, I have many life experiences to accompany my educational background. I have worked in several different areas including; addiction, domestic violence, general mental health, and veteran mental health.

I look forward to walking with you on this journey towards healing and supporting you.

My approach to therapy

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but I know each individual is unique and use a more person-centered approach. I also will incorporate holistic approaches, as well as relaxation and mindfulness exercises.

What you can expect from me

I am known for my open-minded and non-judgmental approach to therapy. Since this is about you and your goals I will set an environment that is most comfortable for you and your healing. While I can also be direct and comforting I will strive to help you navigate through this journey in the best way possible.
