I help adults struggling with ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and chronic overwhelm develop practical tools to improve focus, manage stress, and feel more in control of their daily lives. Many of my clients feel scattered, burned out, or frustrated that things feel harder than they should. As a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish) and first-generation immigrant, I also support clients navigating cultural identity, family expectations, and life transitions. I’ve worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds across the U.S. and internationally, which has shaped how I approach care with cultural awareness and empathy.
