Yulia Heringer

Yulia is a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University. She has experience working with adolescents and adults across a variety of settings, including outpatient mental health clinics, psychiatric inpatient units, and counseling centers.

Yulia recognizes the strength it takes to seek support during times of vulnerability and is committed to providing a safe, compassionate, and supportive space for healing and growth.

Yulia’s goal is to foster an empathetic, supportive, and empowering therapeutic environment for every individual she works with. She views each client as a whole person and prioritizes building a collaborative relationship—one that allows space for both practical problem-solving and meaningful personal growth.

Yulia’s clinical areas of focus include depression, anxiety, substance use, and adjustment to medical illness. She utilizes evidence-based treatment approaches to help clients clarify their goals, support behavior change, and strengthen coping skills.
