Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with men and the challenges that often go unspoken: pressure to succeed, relationships, anger, emotional disconnection, loneliness, identity, fatherhood, divorce, career stress, and major life transitions.

My style is active, practical, and collaborative. Together, we look at what is happening now, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and focus on changes that can make a meaningful difference in your life.

I understand that many men have learned to handle problems on their own and may not feel comfortable asking for help. Therapy does not have to mean endless talking or overanalyzing everything. It can be a place to think clearly, understand yourself better, strengthen your relationships, and figure out what comes next.

My approach to therapy

My approach is informed by Systems Theory, Psychodynamic Theory, Attachment Theory, and current insights from neuroscience. I look at how relationships, early experiences, emotional patterns, and the ways we adapt to life’s pressures continue to influence how we think, feel, and relate to others today.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation about what brought you to therapy, what is happening in your life now, and what you would like to change. I will ask questions to understand your relationships, current pressures, and the patterns that may be contributing to the problem. You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what to say or where to begin. We will figure that out together and identify a clear direction for our work.
