Great to meet you!

Helping individuals achieve balance and quality of life is my passion. Starting therapy is not always easy and can be anxiety-provoking as you try to find the right therapist. Let me guide you!

I graduated from Rhode Island College in 2011 with a degree in Social Work and from Boston University in 2015 with a Master's in Social Work. I have clinical experience with the correctional system, inpatient/outpatient mental health, substance abuse, group therapy, and individual therapy.

My approach to therapy

I have over 10 years of experience working with mental health and substance abuse. I use an integrative approach using different evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused, Gestalt, Strength-Based, and motivational interviewing.

What you can expect from me

If you are ready to start making positive changes and have a new perspective in life let's talk and figure out how I can help!

I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and transparent environment for healing. I believe that honesty and directness in the therapeutic environment are crucial for achieving your goals and promoting changes.
