Great to meet you!

As women, many of my clients are navigating multiple roles and expectations while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted. They often come to therapy seeking support for anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship challenges, and life transitions, as well as the impact of childhood trauma or difficult relational experiences. Some may feel disconnected from themselves, struggle with self-worth, boundaries, or people-pleasing patterns, or notice that past experiences continue to affect how they show up in their daily lives.

In our work together, I provide a supportive, non-judgmental, trauma-informed space where women can safely explore their experiences and begin to heal. I integrate EMDR, somatic awareness, and mindfulness to support emotional processing, build regulation skills, and foster self-awareness at a pace that honors each client’s readiness.

I specialize in trauma therapy, EMDR, women’s issues, anxiety, and emotional regulation, offering virtual sessions for women across Texas. My goal is to help you reconnect with your voice, strengthen your sense of self, and feel more grounded and empowered as you move toward meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I integrate trauma-focused care, EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness-based approaches in my work. In our first session, we'll explore what brings you to therapy and choose the best path forward. I also use expressive, attachment-based, and culturally sensitive methods to support your growth, helping you build insight, strengthen your voice, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they are invited to share at their own pace. The initial session focuses on getting to know you, understanding your concerns, exploring your goals for therapy, and beginning to build a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. We will discuss your emotional experiences, current stressors, strengths, and any important life experiences that may be impacting your well-being. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and centered on helping clients feel emotionally safe, heard, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. Together, we will begin identifying coping strategies and creating a path toward healing, self-understanding, and growth.
