Yuliya supports young women going through major life transitions, such as starting a relationship or dealing with a breakup, having work-related

stress, climbing the career ladders, becoming an entrepreneur, or getting through competitive graduate school.

Yuliya provides support to women who are in various stages of the parenthood journey: dealing with infertility, healing after a miscarriage, experiencing anxiety about becoming pregnant, or experiencing postpartum

anxiety and depression.

In my practice, I believe therapy should be personalized rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. I integrate techniques from Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems, CBT, and Mindfulness therapies, tailoring them to your unique needs.

You will learn coping skills to manage anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship problems, social anxiety, and criticism. You will bring your resilience and confidence back.
