My approach to therapy

My desire to assist individuals manifests in my experience as a therapist. My practice is dedicated to helping women who are navigating anxiety, depression, and stress. I work exclusively with women and have extensive experience supporting teens, college students, and bilingual families. My approach prioritizes understanding and respecting each client’s cultural background, with a strong commitment to providing culturally sensitive mental health services.
