Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia with years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. I am best positioned to support individuals who are navigating the complexities of cultural identity, emotional healing, and relational growth. Clinically, I am well-equipped to serve clients experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, relational challenges, life transitions, and difficulties with setting healthy boundaries. Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, Pilates, traveling, biking, and taking long walks that help me stay grounded, balanced, and recharged.
