Great to meet you!
Hello, I am a psychologist who graduated from UCLV in Cuba.
In recent years, I have had the opportunity to provide psychotherapy to a wide range of Latino individuals and people with similar cultural backgrounds living in the United States. This experience has allowed me to develop a valuable perspective for understanding the unique challenges faced by this community through the lens of their personal history and cultural background. I have worked not only with immigrants, but also with their children and families who share similar life experiences.
Together, we have addressed emotional conflicts, feelings of insecurity, trauma, and various psychological disorders, promoting a better quality of life and greater emotional well-being.
I offer therapy in Spanish and specialize in providing a culturally sensitive space for the Hispanic community, where you can feel understood, valued, and safe to begin your healing and growth process.
Many of the difficulties we face can improve when we begin to view them from new perspectives and develop healthier coping strategies.
My commitment is to support you in a compassionate, respectful, and nonjudgmental way, helping you move forward from where you are today. Together, we will work to strengthen your self-understanding, build resilience, and develop practical tools that can lead to meaningful, lasting changes in your emotional well-being and daily life.
