Great to meet you!

I have been working in the mental health field for many years and have had the privilege of supporting individuals through many of life’s challenges. Over time, I have seen firsthand the stressors and unexpected difficulties that life can bring. While we cannot always prevent these challenges—because life will continue to be life—we can learn healthier ways to cope, grow, and move forward.

My role is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, develop practical tools, and gain insight into the patterns that may be affecting your well-being. I am here to offer guidance, encouragement, and support as we work together toward your goals and toward creating a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and manageable.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental style. I believe that each person’s experiences are unique, and I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel comfortable being open and honest. My goal is to meet clients where they are, helping them feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. I use a humanistic approach with the understanding everyone is unique and does not experience things the same.

What you can expect from me

What can be expected is us working collaboratively on a treatment plan, getting to know each other, and establishing goals for the future. I do this by getting to know my clients in the first few sessions, then figuring out how I can be a support during this journey.
