Great to meet you!

Clients from all cultural, spiritual and religious backgrounds are welcome! What struggles are you facing now? What do you want to grow towards as a person?

I come from a psychology, spiritual, and social work backgrounds. And believe in letting the heart give the direction for change, and the brain help with tactical skills. Love and truth are the most valuable character traits to develop; and the world, with all its difficulties, is the best field to become strong in and master yourself.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I want to help clients expand their heart-awareness in life, and increase their mental strength and resilience so they can begin to thrive in their present circumstances, and build a better emotional and spiritual future for themselves.

What you can expect from our first session

Tell me about any adversities you may be facing. We will help you build on strengths, learn new emotional and behavioral management skills, and alongside our trusted partnership together, help you heal and grow to become a happier and more fulfilled version of yourself.
