Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and experienced clinical psychologist dedicated to supporting teens, young adults, and adults on their journey to mental well-being. I believe in empowering my clients by supplying a supportive environment to build connections, gain insight, and challenge oneself when necessary. Together, by utilizing a safe space for exploration and growth, we will work on exploring patterns in relationships, problem-solving to facilitate positive change, and promoting self-discovery.

My approach to therapy

I am a firm believer that therapy and healing are not always linear processes. Thus, my most core philosophy as a therapist is meeting my patients “where they are.” I tailor your treatment to meet your specific needs to best promote growth and healing; this can include promoting insight, working on symptom management, developing coping skills, and creating a healthy therapeutic relationship that allows therapy to feel like a safe space to be vulnerable and open.

What you can expect from me

As I work to make the therapy process a collaborative experience, the goal is for clients to feel empowered to manage their ongoing concerns.
