Great to meet you!

I care deeply about creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted exactly as you are. Many of the individuals I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or uncertain about how to move forward. My role is to walk alongside you at your own pace while providing compassionate, genuine support that feels steady, comforting, and real. Clients often describe me as warm, patient, approachable, and truly invested in their healing journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe therapy should be a safe and supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself without fear of judgment. I work to meet each person where they are emotionally, recognizing that healing looks different for everyone.

I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical coping skills and achievable goals. I also incorporate strengths-based and trauma-informed care, focusing on resilience, empowerment, and personal growth.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, grief, or emotional overwhelm, my goal is to help you feel supported, heard, and equipped with tools to move forward with confidence and clarity. Therapy is a partnership, and I strive to create a warm, genuine connection that encourages healing, self-awareness, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you are encouraged to share at your own pace. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and comfortable being yourself.

The first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. We will discuss your current concerns, emotional challenges, personal history, coping patterns, strengths, and goals for treatment. This conversation helps me gain a better understanding of your experiences while allowing us to begin building a strong therapeutic relationship.

I will also explain the therapy process, answer any questions you may have, and work collaboratively with you to identify goals and areas of focus moving forward. Most importantly, I want clients to leave the first session feeling supported, understood, and hopeful about their healing journey. There is no pressure to have everything figured out — therapy is a process, and we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
