Hi, I'm Yvette, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to empowering individuals to improve their lives and achieve their full potential. Congratulations on taking the first step towards building a healthier life, a step in which is most difficult. I am currently taking new clients ages 15-50 primarily struggling with anxiety, depression, and general adjustment.

With an open-minded and accepting approach, I create a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Trust is an essential factor in our therapeutic relationship therefore it is important that we communicate openly and respectfully. I believe in focusing on your strengths and building on what already makes you resilient.

We will begin our sessions with your story and the goals you wish to achieve throughout our time together. My goal is to create a safe and warming environment in order to accomplish the goals you desire and overcome obstacles that come your way! In our sessions, you can expect to gain a healthier perspective on life and stressors, leaving with valuable tools and insights that help you navigate challenges with confidence and clarity.
