Great to meet you!

As a licensed mental health counselor, I believe the journey to self- fulfilment is the foundation for happiness and success. Establishing a place where mental health is a primary focus leads to increased harmony and stability in life. Having someone to guide you can increase the likelihood of success and growth. Hats off to you for making the first step. I have been practicing for 13 years and counting. I work primarily with late adolescents through adulthood 17 and up. My primary focus is anxiety, depression, ptsd and trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Everyone has a story to tell and a personal way of sharing. I will listen and support you, challenge you when needed and affirm you along the way. Open, respectful communication is the cornerstone of a healthy therapeutic alliance.

What you can expect from our first session

I am open and giving. I strive to create a warm, inviting environment, that feels welcoming, open and secure. Together we will establish goals and work towards making them a reality. We will build a relationship that allows vulnerability, honesty and support.
