Great to meet you!

Hola Aloha

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) CA, Art Therapist, Eco-Therapist, Certified 500-Hour Yoga Teacher, and Holy Fire Reiki Master.

I support people in creating meaningful change by cultivating mindful awareness of thought and speech patterns that influence growth, joy, and satisfaction. Together, we’ll practice identifying and shifting beliefs that no longer serve you, reframe unhelpful narratives, and open space for empowerment, clarity, and transformation.

Rooted in my Native American Mexica, Spanish, and European heritage, I bring a holistic, culturally grounded approach to therapy. My Souljorn has taken me across Europe, Asia, Mexico, and the Hawaiian Islands, where I immersed myself in culture, permaculture, meditation, healing arts, spirituality, and indigenous ceremonies—experiences that continue to guide my work.

I hold a B.A. in Ethnic Studies from UC Berkeley and an M.A. in Psychology and Art Therapy, where I studied neuroplasticity and creative approaches to healing and positive change. I also share Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), or tapping, which helps honor and release limiting thoughts and emotions. Mindfulness is the core theme in my practice. I offer guidance to connect with nature, the elements, and the cycles of the seasons as pathways to grounding, connection, renewal, and deeper self-awareness.

Earlier in my career I worked in community clinics, schools, homes, and wilderness therapy programs. Today, I provide online therapy for California residents, offering a compassionate and intentional space for growth and healing.

If you are ready to release old patterns, reconnect with your authentic self, and embrace new possibilities, I am here to guide and support you with care, wisdom, and purpose.

The time for transformation is now. We are the ones we have been waiting for.

Eternal blessings

My approach to therapy

My strength is being a person who has overcome various obstacles that contributed to me becoming a spiritual multicultural multi-creative Artist and humanitarian. I have vast experience inspiring people to consider a win-win mentality, the highest good and connecting with their Higher Power, God of their own understanding, and encouraging and reminding you to be mindful of your language. As an art-eco therapist, I invite the power of art and nature to facilitate healing, self-expression, and a deeper connection with yourself which naturally can improve your relationships with others.

I acknowledge that our human collective consciousness is evolving rapidly. In this age of information, we can quantum leap towards more desired circumstances quickly.

Together, we can embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. As the wise words go, "We are the ones we have been waiting for." Unleash your true potential and speak your fulfilling life into existence. Inlakech, All my relations and Aloha!
