Hello, I am a Licensed Marriage & family Therapist, as well as a Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor. I offer a safe place where individuals are able to begin their therapeutic healing journey. My desire is to be a vehicle to facilitate the healing process for individuals.
I offer a variety of modalities ranging from motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered, christian counseling, coaching and supportive therapy.
Individuals will have a therapeutic environment that is compassionate and safe. Individuals are able to gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in order to make positive changes in their life.
