I also bring a strong foundation in active listening, and a deeper empathic understanding of the change process. My goal is to foster a non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their struggles and celebrating their successes.
During your first session we will explore what brought you to therapy, thereafter we will decide the most appropriate approach to help with making progress.
