Great to meet you!

I have worked in a wide variety of mental health settings over the past decade or more, from inpatient facilities to community health and private practice. I have held roles as a behavioral health technician, a case manager and now a master's level clinician. I have experience working with clients managing emotional stability, family and relationship issues, and mood disorders.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I hold a systemic point of view and approach, strongly believing that we are influenced by our experiences as well as actions that have been normalized for us. I hold the perspective that there is no expert on you besides yourself; we are all our own agents of change.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect a clinician who will walk beside them with curiosity that challenges them to examine their perspective and reframe it to create a healthier version of themselves.
