A bit about my approach to therapy

My devotion and passion for my clients and work help create a caring and protected place for my clients. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. My strengths include facilitating therapeutic groups, assessing coping skills, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and using evidence-based models like Solution Focused, Trauma Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, etc.

What you can expect from our first session

My mission is to help my clients learn to believe in themselves, grow, and learn new skills and abilities to help them succeed. With a solid foundation in psychology and a commitment to ongoing professional development, I strive to help my clients make positive changes in their lives.
