For over 30 years I have provided comprehensive mental health and faith-based counseling to children, families, and communities in diverse settings. I hold specialized certifications in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. With warmth and compassion I specialize in helping individuals and families build resilience, heal from trauma, cope with life's challenges, and achieve emotional wellbeing.

I served as Director of Mental Health and Social Emotional Services for Florence School District where I led Initiatives to support student well-being and staff development.
