Suffering is all too often the very thing that most of us try to escape; however, suffering can also be the very thing that opens up the core of who we really are. There is hope! I simply utilize a person-client centered approach, where I walk along side you as an equal partner. I also use a psychodynamic approach where we may explore your current mindset/circumstances throughout the lenses of your inner child.
