Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I'm so glad you're here.

I'm a licensed mental health counselor with a master's degree from Capella University, and I've had the privilege of walking alongside people through some of life's most challenging moments — from anxiety and depression to relationship struggles, big life transitions, parenting pressures, and career uncertainty.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused techniques — not because one size fits all, but because you deserve support that actually fits your life. Together, we'll work to build insight, strengthen your resilience, and create real, lasting change.

I work with individuals, couples, families, children, adolescents, and LGBTQ+ clients, and I bring genuine care and an open heart to every session. No matter what brought you here, you don't have to figure it out alone.

We're all a work in progress — and that's a beautiful thing. I'm here to help you move forward, at your own pace, in your own way.

Trust the process. I'll be with you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

When you walk into our sessions — whether in person or virtually — I want you to feel like you can exhale. This is your space. A place where there's no judgment, no pressure, and no expectation to have it all figured out.

My job isn't to tell you what to do — it's to help you discover what's already within you. Together, we'll uncover your strengths, gently challenge the thoughts that may be holding you back, and build real, practical tools you can use in everyday life. Whether your goal is to feel more like yourself again, navigate a difficult season, or simply find more peace — I'm here for all of it.

You deserve support that actually feels like support.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step — and that's completely okay. There's no pressure to have it all figured out before we meet.

In our first session, we'll simply get to know each other. You can share as much or as little as feels right, at whatever pace feels comfortable. We'll talk about what's been on your mind, what brought you here, and what you're hoping life could look like on the other side of this. From there, we'll start to shape a path forward that feels right for you.

Think of it less as an intake and more as a conversation — one where you're always in the driver's seat.
