My approach is simple, I am empathetic, kind and honest. It is my goal to help clients identify the skills they already possess to overcome their current struggles.

What you can expect from me

I offer an free intro session of 15 minutes to see if we are a good fit. Then we set a traditional appointment where my goal is to create a safe and empathetic platform so you can discuss problems and begin to identify solutions or skills to make these manageable.
