Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and School Counselor who works with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

I am especially passionate about helping teens prepare for adulthood, supporting couples in strengthening communication and connection, and guiding individuals toward greater balance, self-worth, and emotional healing. My approach to counseling is compassionate and collaborative, and I respect each client’s values, goals, and unique life experiences.

I believe meaningful change happens through trust, connection, and self-awareness, and I work alongside clients as they move toward clarity, growth, and lasting change

My approach to therapy

I approach counseling with compassion, collaboration, and respect for each client’s values and goals. Building trust and meaningful relationships is important to me, as I believe connection is essential for effective treatment. I believe everyone has the capacity for change, and I work alongside clients to foster growth, insight, and lasting emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

Together, we’ll navigate challenges that feel hard to face alone in a safe, confidential, virtual space built on trust and connection.
