Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Yvonne. If trauma, anxiety, depression, or addiction has left you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, you're not alone, and healing is possible. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, specializing in trauma recovery, high-acuity concerns, and co-occurring disorders, including PTSD, addiction, and relationship or attachment struggles. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CTP), and I bring a trauma-informed, culturally responsive lens to every session, creating a safe space where you can heal at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic and trauma-informed, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with mindfulness and compassion-focused strategies. I'm committed to culturally responsive care that helps your nervous system regain flexibility, moving from survival mode back to a regulated baseline.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll go at your pace as I get to know your story and what brought you here. Together we'll identify goals like reducing trauma symptoms, restoring a sense of control, and improving emotional regulation. I'm honored to walk this healing journey with you. You can book directly through my calendar.
