Great to meet you!

Some seasons of life are just hard, and you don’t have to go through them alone. As a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping people feel supported and understood, I believe everyone deserves to be seen and heard.

I also believe our backstory matters. It often shapes how we think, feel, and relate to others. My role is to help you make sense of those experiences while building the tools you need to overcome insecurities, heal from past trauma, and manage anxiety and stress. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more confident, empowered, and in control of your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is caring, supportive, and collaborative. I create a space where you can feel safe being yourself and sharing what’s on your mind. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, using practical tools to help you better understand yourself. I also pay attention to how your past experiences and upbringing may be influencing the challenges you face today. We’ll work side by side to build insight, develop healthy coping skills, and make meaningful changes that help you feel more balanced, confident, and in control of your life.

What you can expect from me

Let’s be honest, sharing your personal life and being vulnerable with a stranger can feel intimidating. I aim to create a space where you feel truly heard, supported, and safe from the moment you walk in. In our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you here and what you hope to achieve. Together, we’ll gently explore patterns or challenges that might be affecting your well-being and start thinking about practical steps that feel manageable and meaningful for you. Therapy should always move at a pace that feels right for you, and many people leave the first session feeling a sense of relief simply from being understood, with a clearer sense of the next steps on their journey toward growth and positive change.
