My practice is rooted in evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. These approaches allow me to tailor therapy to each client's unique needs, fostering resilience and promoting healing
