Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, depression, or a major life transition? Maybe you're finding it difficult to quiet your mind, manage intense emotions, stay motivated, or feel like yourself again. When life feels overwhelming or you're unsure how to move forward, therapy can provide the support, clarity, and practical tools needed to create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe every client’s experiences, goals, and challenges are unique, which is why I take a collaborative and individualized approach to therapy. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being open and honest about what they are going through. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or burned out. Using CBT, DBT, and ACT, I help clients develop healthier coping skills, improve emotional regulation, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and build greater self-awareness and resilience.

What you can expect from me

I typically begin with an introductory session focused on getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, and discussing what you hope to gain from the process. The first session is a chance for you to share your experiences, ask questions, and talk about any concerns or goals you may have for treatment. My goal is to create a calm, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable speaking openly without fear of judgment. Together, we’ll begin identifying the areas you would like to work on and develop a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and tailored to your needs moving forward.
