Great to meet you!

Zach Baldridge, LPC (TX License # 74039), earned his Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health from Texas Woman’s University in 2014. During his time at TWU, Zach volunteered as a clinical intern therapist with the Children’s Advocacy Center for Denton County. In 2017, after an additional two years earning his clinical hours interning in a private practice, Zach became a Licensed Professional Counselor. Zach Baldridge Counseling, PLLC, opened its doors in January, 2018.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Counseling is where my passion and purpose intersect, and where my skills and interests come to life. My practice is geared towards helping men, women, and teens learn to process their emotions, explore new ideas in a safe environment, and gain the tools necessary to thrive in their day-to-day lives. Bridging the gap between expectations and results requires work, but it is worth the effort to achieve balance, joy and peace of mind.

What you can expect from our first session

Together we will work towards amplifying your innate strengths – the gifts you were born with and the tools you have and will acquire. The potential to create a more optimal way of living is ever present. Whether it is anger, anxiety or depression, each can tangibly impact your life.
