Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Marriage, Child, and Family Therapy. I have experience working with teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, family conflict, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel comfortable being yourself, heard without judgment, and supported in making meaningful changes. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized—I’ll work with you to understand what you’re experiencing, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that fit your life. My goal is to create a genuine connection where you feel supported, understood, and confident in moving forward.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. I’ll provide a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace.

Together, we’ll work toward meaningful goals such as managing emotions and stress, improving relationships, building confidence, and developing healthier coping skills.
