Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a background in addiction treatment and clinical experience in a wide range of settings—from correctional facilities and residential treatment centers to school-based programs. My work is deeply grounded in a belief that people have the innate power to change their lives, and I consider it an honor to walk alongside individuals as they navigate their healing journeys.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, relational, and grounded in deep respect for your lived experience. I use a person-centered lens, meaning I see you as the expert of your life and view our therapeutic relationship as a key part of the healing process. I also integrate multiple theories that reflect the complexity of the human experience: Attachment Theory informs how we explore relational patterns and emotional safety. Psychodynamic Theory helps us understand how early experiences shape current behaviors and emotional responses. Existential Therapy invites us to face life’s uncertainties and seek meaning and authenticity in the midst of it all. I also view therapy holistically—our minds, bodies, and emotions are interconnected, and true healing must include all of who we are.

What you can expect from me

Healing begins with awareness. Together, we’ll create a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore the events and emotions that have shaped you. Through this process, we can work to break unconscious patterns, strengthen your sense of self, and help you build a life that feels more meaningful and aligned. We’ll focus not only on insight, but also on integrating that insight into your day-to-day life in practical, empowering ways.
