Great to meet you!

I graduated from Fairfield University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I practice what is called Person Centered therapy. Having worked with a wide range of life obstacles, such as addiction, depression, anxiety, and life transitions; I have found that modalities that are strengths based and meet clients in the present are most effective.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work by the belief that true growth and change comes not just from techniques or plans, but from our relationships with each other. I look to help each person identify and use their own strengths and existing supports to create the positive and healthy life for themselves that they envision. I incorporate professional and personal experiences and interests to create a relationship with clients that will foster trust and communication.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients can expect to leave our sessions with a sense of relief, through having a space they can express themselves without judgement. Clients can expect to feel challenged, to look inward and critically think over how they have been managing their obstacles. And lastly clients can expect to have an overall improved sense of wellness, as we work as a team to improve their every day life.
