Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Zach. I’ve worked in the medical field for the past 17 years, with 15 of those years dedicated to mental health care.

I believe mental health care should feel like a partnership. I often describe my role as being your co-pilot—someone who is here to listen, understand what you’re experiencing, and help you navigate your mental health journey without judgment. My goal is to create a comfortable environment where you can be yourself, feel heard, and take an active role in your care.

I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and a variety of other mental health concerns. I understand that treatment isn’t one-size-fits-all, so we’ll work together to find an approach that fits your individual needs and goals.

Whether you’ve received mental health treatment before or you’re considering it for the first time, I want you to feel comfortable taking that next step and know that you’ll have someone working alongside you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is open-minded, individualized, and collaborative. I believe every person’s situation is unique, and treatment should reflect that. I take the time to understand not only the symptoms you’re experiencing, but also your experiences, concerns, goals, and what matters most to you.

With many years of experience in mental health, I also bring a strong clinical approach to treatment. My goal is to identify what may be contributing to your symptoms and develop an effective, evidence-based treatment plan tailored specifically to you. When you’re struggling, feeling better matters, and I want to help reduce symptoms as effectively as possible while making thoughtful decisions about your long-term care.

Ultimately, my goal is to help you feel better, function better, and get back to living your life as the best version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

Your first visit is an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a relaxed, welcoming, and judgment-free environment. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or to know exactly what to say. My job is to listen, learn about your journey, understand what you’ve been experiencing, and hear what you hope to accomplish through treatment.

We’ll talk about your symptoms, concerns, experiences, and goals so I can develop a clear understanding of how I can best help you. I’ll also take the time to explain the treatment options that may be appropriate for you, answer your questions, and help you understand the potential benefits and considerations of each. I want you to feel informed and involved in your care, because your voice matters when deciding which treatment approach is right for you.

From there, we’ll work together to create an individualized treatment plan focused on helping you feel better and move toward the life you want to be living.

Most importantly, I want you to leave your first visit feeling heard, supported, and confident that you understand your options, have a plan moving forward, and have someone in your corner.
