Great to meet you!

Great to meet you! I'm Zachary, a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who works with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, OCD, eating disorders, sleep disorders, stress management, anger management, panic disorders, relationship issues, and PTSD. As an LGBTQIA+-affirming psychiatric provider, I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you can feel safe being fully yourself without judgment.

I take a holistic approach to mental health, recognizing the connection between emotional well-being, physical health, lifestyle, relationships, and identity. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, or simply getting through a difficult season, we will work through it together at your pace. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered while building practical tools for lasting growth and healing.

I provide a warm, welcoming, and comforting space for clients to open up and feel safe. I believe everyone deserves compassionate care that honors who they are and meets them exactly where they are in their journey.

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of therapeutic methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Psychoeducational Family Therapy. I offer medication management and individual therapy, tailoring my approach to fit your unique needs and goals.

My approach is collaborative and patient-centered. I believe treatment works best when you feel actively involved in your care and when we work together to find what truly helps you. Whether that includes medication management, therapy, lifestyle changes, or a combination of approaches, we'll build a plan that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to be a welcoming, collaborative conversation focused on understanding your concerns, goals, and what you hope to get out of treatment. The session typically includes a review of your mental health history, current symptoms, relevant medical background, and any questions you have about the process, with space to move at your pace.

You can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly heard and valued. My goal is for you to leave our first session feeling supported, hopeful, and clear about the path forward.
