Great to meet you!

Hey there! My name is Zach Meyer, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. At my heart, I'm passionate about serving others, and that is exactly why I'm here. I believe that intentional, trusting relationships are foundational in our growth and healing. For nearly five years, I've had the privilege of partnering with adolescents and their families to build those relationships that foster growth and healing while navigating challenges with anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

When working with me, you can expect a warm, welcoming environment with an appropriate amount of laughter sprinkled in. Therapy can feel daunting, but it doesn't have to be! When working with clients, I listen with an empathetic ear, help them explore the reasoning behind their thoughts and behaviors, and look for possible solutions. This is your journey of growth and healing, so I will personalize my approach to best fit your needs.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session. Here you'll have the opportunity to share your story and the goals you hope to achieve in therapy. This helps me learn a lot about you and sets the framework for our journey ahead.
