Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor with 4 years of experience working with teens aged 15-18 struggling with depression & anxiety. My passion is working with LGBTQIA+ teens, and helping them navigate through life's stressors. I will always provide a nonjudgmental and safe space for my clients to grow into thriving young adults.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I want to consider everyone as individuals with their own stories and strengths. I believe myself to be a structured and direct clinician, making goals and tracking them to get a good idea of progress. I believe that growth takes some discomfort, so I will challenge my clients to push themselves.

What you can expect from our first session

My first session will be getting to know you and learning more about your story. From there, we can create our goals and treatment plan. Most sessions will be structured with a review of previous sessions, some time to discuss the current issue, and then finishing with summarizing and discussing next steps.
