Zach Regan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who trained under the direct supervision of Melissa Preece, LCSW-S, LCDC, SAP, and Tiffany Carpenter, LCSW-S. Throughout his training and professional work, Zach has been exposed to a wide range of perspectives and has experience working with clients across the lifespan, from children to geriatrics.
Zach is a graduate of the renowned Graduate College of Social Work at the University of Houston and holds a certification in Grief & Loss through the American Institute of Healthcare Professionals. He specializes in behavioral concerns, addiction, and grief and loss, utilizing a person-centered approach that emphasizes authenticity, respect, and collaboration.
In addition to his clinical background, Zach is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CPT). He strongly believes in the connection between physical and mental health and often incorporates this holistic perspective into his work. Drawing from both personal and professional experience, Zach encourages thoughtful, informed decision-making in mental health care and supports clients in exploring all appropriate treatment options in collaboration with qualified professionals.
