Great to meet you!

My areas of practice expertise include anxiety and depression, coping skills, couples/relationships, pre-marital counseling, children/adolescents (particularly those who have experienced trauma and manifest significant behavioral issues), addiction, spirituality and spiritual abuse, behavioral health, and other general counseling needs, including finding meaning, purpose, direction, and fulfillment in life.

My approach to therapy

I approach the therapy process with individualistic, systemic, and holistic perspectives, and am equipped to do so with a faith-based foundation, if it suits the client—the goals and preferences of the clients are central to my process. I have formal training and expertise in working with couples and children, too.

What you can expect from me

I want my clients to feel both heard and equipped after interacting with me. Emotional processing is important, and often comes to mind regarding therapy. I also utilize tools, skills, exercises, and between-session activities in pursuit of lasting progress.
