I am licensed in Georgia with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, anger management, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.

I offer individual counseling to teens and adults facing difficult times and situations within their lives. I work from a solution-focused therapy background, with cognitive behavioral and person-centered approaches to provide my clients with a diverse therapy approach to treatment.

I work with my clients to build their treatment plans and to meet their needs. My goal is to provide a judgment free environment to all my clients so that they feel safe and comfortable with opening up and communicating with me.
